SwiftNine is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who excels at creating opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing high-value projects. This role is designed for a proven revenue generator with a track record of closing $30,000 to $50,000 or more in monthly sales, with the ambition and discipline to scale beyond $100,000 in monthly revenue. The ideal candidate is equally skilled in lead generation and deal closing, capable of identifying high-value prospects, launching outbound campaigns, engaging decision-makers, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and converting opportunities into revenue. We value competitiveness, resourcefulness, accountability, and a relentless focus on results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-value B2B sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads through cold email, LinkedIn, outbound calling, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
- Develop and execute email marketing and outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Book and conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Understand client challenges and position SwiftNine’s services as the ideal solution.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and customized sales strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and contract terms.
- Close large projects, enterprise clients, and long-term retainers.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
- Create referral, reseller, channel, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records, follow-ups, forecasts, and deal activity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Consistently achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket services.
- Demonstrated history of closing at least $30,000 to $50,000 in monthly sales or more.
- Strong ability to generate leads independently rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
- Experience closing large projects, retainers, strategic partnerships, or enterprise contracts.
- Proficiency with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Excellent skills in discovery, presentation, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
- Ability to communicate confidently with founders, CEOs, executives, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of deal economics.
- Capability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Highly disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Comfortable working under ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High ownership, urgency, resilience, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates who thrive in this role do not wait for leads—they create them. They excel at turning cold prospects into meaningful conversations and selling value rather than competing on price. Persistence in follow-up and resilience in handling rejection are essential. The ability to independently build pipeline, manage opportunities, and close revenue is critical. Motivation by targets, commissions, and growth is a must, along with the ambition to become one of the company’s top-performing business development professionals.
Performance will be measured by qualified opportunities generated, sales meetings booked, pipeline value created, proposal-to-close conversion rates, monthly revenue closed, average deal size, sales-cycle efficiency, client retention, account expansion, and strategic partnerships secured. The initial target is consistent monthly sales of $30,000 to $50,000+, with a clear path toward $100,000+.
SwiftNine offers a competitive base salary with an aggressive, performance-based commission structure and uncapped earning potential. You will have access to multiple high-value services and business verticals, direct engagement with senior leadership, and strong operational and delivery support. The role provides opportunities to work with international clients and major projects, fast career progression based on performance, and potential advancement to Head or Director of Business Development. This is a high-performance environment where exceptional results are recognized and rewarded.
This position requires full ownership of the revenue cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and account growth. It is not suitable for candidates who only manage inbound leads, schedule meetings, or send generic outreach messages.
