LN Technologies, a subsidiary of App Maisters Inc USA, is a leading Enterprise App Development company specializing in Mobility, Web, Business Intelligence, and Cloud-based solutions. With a portfolio of over 400 successful projects, we serve a diverse range of clients—from startups and small businesses to large multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Business Analyst to join our Project Management team based in Houston, TX. This role focuses on driving business analysis and managing the end-to-end RFP process to support our enterprise app and cloud solution offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete RFP lifecycle by analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals. Collaborate closely with sales, technical experts, and subject matter specialists to gather information and develop compelling proposal content.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business needs, define project scope, and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories aligned with project goals.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and insights, presenting findings clearly to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including business users, project managers, developers, and executives, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Generate reports and presentations to update management and stakeholders on project status and key metrics.
- Support quality assurance efforts by helping define test scenarios and acceptance criteria, working with testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the software or technology industry, with a strong focus on managing RFP processes.
- Deep understanding of RFP procedures including requirements analysis, proposal development, and vendor evaluation. Familiarity with RFP software tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and creating functional specifications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and presenting complex information clearly.
- Solid experience in data analysis using Excel or similar tools; knowledge of data visualization software is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
- High energy, self-motivated, and committed to self-development.
- Strong motivation for sales, with experience in sales administration and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to handle rejection, uncertainty, and pressure with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent business knowledge and communication skills are essential.
