We are hiring a Senior Client Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to handle inbound U.S. business leads, communicate with prospects, identify their needs, explain our program clearly, and manage onboarding for new clients. This is a client-facing communication and sales role — no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with hot inbound U.S. leads
Communicate clearly in neutral American-style English
Identify business pain points and position our solution
Handle objections professionally
Book appointments or close clients
Manage onboarding inside GoHighLevel (training provided)
Follow structured communication and CRM processes
Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Strong persuasive communication skills
Confident speaking with U.S. clients
Solid objection-handling ability
Prior experience in sales, client management, coordination, or support
Comfortable working U.S. hours (8 PM – 4 AM PKT)
Stable internet + quiet workspace
