Senior Client Manager (for Canadian Clients)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to join our expanding team, primarily supporting our Canadian client portfolio. The successful candidate will have solid experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and Canadian corporate tax filings. Proficiency in CaseWare, QuickBooks Online, and Xero is essential to effectively manage the accounting processes and deliver accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and sales-related functions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and oversee expense management.
- Prepare and file GST/HST/PST/QST tax returns in compliance with Canadian regulations.
- Process payroll and prepare T4 slips accurately and timely.
- Prepare trial balances and final financial statements, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the entire process from account mapping to final statement printing, including necessary adjustments to general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare Canadian corporate and personal tax returns along with other T-Slips.
- Generate management reports to support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- ACCA Qualified, Affiliate, or Part-Qualified with at least 9 exams passed.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing accounting services to international clients, specifically from the UK, US, or Canada.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CaseWare Working Papers and Canadian Corporation Tax preparation is mandatory.
- Proficient in CaseWare, QuickBooks Online, and Xero accounting software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a minimum proficiency level of 8 out of 10. Candidates with weak English communication are advised not to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining. This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs180,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the office location.
