Senior Closer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Closer to join our expanding team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and actively pursue qualified sales leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Pitch products or services effectively, negotiate terms, and close contracts with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Manage objections confidently and professionally to keep sales conversations progressing toward closure.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer interaction and sales processes.
- Strong ability to handle objections and rebuttals without losing momentum in conversations.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of engaging customers and influencing decisions.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and focused on career growth within the sales domain.
- Willingness and ability to complete any required training within the specified timeframe.

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time role requiring 10-hour shifts.
- The position is strictly onsite, with work locations available in Gulberg, Bahria Town Phase 4, Bahria Town Phase 7, and Murree Road.
- The compensation package includes a basic salary of PKR 150,000 plus uncapped bonuses, providing significant earning potential based on performance.
