Senior Closer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Closer to join our expanding team in Islamabad for a full-time, onsite position. This role is ideal for candidates who are driven to convert leads into signed contracts and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. The position offers a competitive basic salary of 150,000 PKR along with uncapped bonuses and opportunities for career advancement through titles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and actively pursue qualified sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Effectively pitch, negotiate, and close contracts with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Confidently handle objections and maintain momentum in sales conversations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong ability to manage objections without losing composure.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and focused on career growth.
- Willingness and ability to complete training within the designated timeframe.

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time role requiring 10-hour shifts.
- Work locations include Gulberg, Bahria Town Phase 4, Bahria Town Phase 7, and Murree Road in Islamabad.
- Candidates must be male and based in Islamabad, ready to work onsite.
