This role is part of EY Consulting’s Business Consulting line, specifically within the Marketing, Sales & Service domain. Business Consulting supports clients in reimagining business models, managing costs, responding to market pressures, and resolving operational issues. Key Responsibilities

- Lead improvement initiatives across the revenue chain in real estate, covering marketing, pre-sales, sales, and customer loyalty, applying strong management consulting fundamentals.
- Independently structure complex problems, develop business cases, and manage transformation engagements using core consulting skills such as problem structuring, data-driven diagnosis, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Use consulting problem-solving techniques to clarify ambiguous business issues into hypotheses, workplans, and decision-ready analyses employing standard frameworks.
- Conduct diagnostics through stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and data analysis to identify root causes of revenue, conversion, and retention gaps.
- Evaluate end-to-end revenue and sales processes, including lead generation, booking, collections, and leakage points, to design targeted improvement interventions.
- Develop structured business cases, transformation roadmaps, and KPI-driven impact tracking mechanisms to facilitate leadership approval and execution.
- Assess marketing, pre-sales, and customer retention processes to enhance campaign effectiveness, pipeline quality, conversion rates, customer loyalty, and repeat revenue.

Required Qualifications

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Consulting
