Key Responsibilities
- Lead business consulting risk engagements with a focus on process and controls assessment.
- Evaluate, design, and strengthen business processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and operational risk exposures within client organizations.
- Utilize process mining and business process management tools such as ARIS, Celonis, and Signavio to analyze and optimize workflows.
- Apply general consulting methodologies to deliver structured, analytical risk solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while ensuring compliance with commercial and legal standards.
- Provide practical and insightful solutions to complex challenges, demonstrating agility, creativity, and sustained positive energy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in business process management and process mining.
- At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data and analytics.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver services across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Practical problem-solving skills with an emphasis on actionable and effective solutions.
