Senior Consultant - Internal Audit & Risk Management System Implementation ( Software House )

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the full lifecycle implementation of an Internal Audit and Risk Management System for a prominent client. This role requires managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring client requirements are met with precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, documentation, user training, and providing ongoing support to clients. This position demands strong client engagement skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Engage directly with clients to gather detailed requirements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure and deploy internal audit and risk management systems tailored to client needs and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client personnel to ensure effective system usage.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, monitor progress, and oversee resolution of any issues that arise.
- Provide post-implementation support and advisory services to clients, helping them optimize system utilization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system implementation consulting, with a proven track record of managing software or system implementations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A solid understanding of internal audit and risk management processes is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive salary range of Rs 200,000 to Rs 300,000 per month.
