We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Strategy and Business Transformation to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with a strong background in management consulting within a professional services environment. The role demands hands-on experience in client-facing engagements, where you have taken ownership of the consulting projects from start to finish. This position is not suited for those whose experience is limited to technical roles, corporate seniority without consulting exposure, or internal project management. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a formal management consulting firm such as a Big 4, a strategy boutique, or an equivalent organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements focused on strategy development and business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with client leadership teams to diagnose business challenges, develop actionable strategies, and implement solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Own the client relationship, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and delivery of high-quality consulting outputs.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis, market research, and benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of their contributions.
- Drive internal knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of firm methodologies and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a formal management consulting or professional services firm, with a focus on strategy and business transformation.
- Proven track record of owning client engagements in a consulting capacity, rather than simply supporting or executing tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and managing client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
