Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical excellence in tax and regulatory matters, specifically within the Technology, Media & Entertainment (TMT) and Telecommunications sectors. Support TMT clients in addressing industry convergence challenges by helping develop agile corporate strategies aimed at growth and operational excellence. Assist clients in safeguarding their data, brand, and reputation while enabling value-driven merger and acquisition strategies. Provide global compliance and reporting services, ensuring clients understand and adhere to tax policies and laws across multiple jurisdictions. Utilize transformative technologies to implement tax strategies, manage regulatory obligations, and optimize workforce management, thereby reducing risk and driving sustainable value. Required Qualifications
Possess an LLB degree. Demonstrate experience as a Tax Consultant, preferably with exposure to global compliance and reporting. Exhibit strong collaborative skills to provide services across multiple client functions. Show practical problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable and insightful solutions.
