Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations to lead complex business discussions and define solution architectures. Your role includes managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation projects. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
