Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage consulting projects with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for Wipro’s values, securing positive feedback from multiple clients.
- Coordinate and mentor teams of consultants, fostering trust and confidence through effective coaching and leadership.
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their business challenges, utilizing strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Maintain up-to-date project administration, including Statements of Work (SoW) and resource tagging.
- Drive business development by achieving high personal utilization, extending client engagements, and building a network of client relationships.
- Lead smaller sales meetings and contribute to proposal development, supporting opportunity identification and pursuit activities.
- Conduct market research and share insights within the practice to enhance business growth.
- Develop thought leadership by staying informed on industry and technology trends, contributing to case studies and team knowledge sharing.
- Support internal initiatives by timely completion of administrative tasks such as timesheets and appraisals.
- Promote reuse of intellectual property and knowledge assets, collaborating with consulting and delivery teams.
- Propose new service offerings and demonstrate value through innovation and subject matter expertise.
- Deliver training, demos, and develop reusable process assets based on project learnings.
- Connect with subject matter experts to ensure delivery approaches align with downstream requirements.
- Actively participate in practice development initiatives and share knowledge within relevant communities.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably within healthcare payor or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage consulting engagements independently, demonstrating both hard and soft skills.
- Strong client engagement capabilities, including facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities, including proposal leadership and opportunity identification.
- Commitment to personal development, with a minimum of 32 hours of training annually in new industries, technologies, or frameworks.
- Ability to contribute to knowledge management by creating and maintaining consulting assets.
- Strong collaboration skills across teams and practices to support community initiatives and cross-practice offerings.
