Senior Content Creator

Shoaib Projects Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Content Creator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that effectively communicates brand messages and captivates target audiences. This role requires transforming ideas into compelling visual stories while maintaining high-quality creative standards across various digital platforms. The Senior Content Creator will independently manage projects from concept development through to final execution, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Create engaging digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, and business communications.
- Edit videos, reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia content to ensure professional quality and maximize audience engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, hooks, social media posts, and other marketing content.
- Transform concepts into compelling visual stories by combining writing, design, and multimedia production skills.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual quality across all content outputs.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to identify new creative opportunities.
- Manage content projects, revisions, and deadlines while upholding quality standards.
- Collaborate with management and team members to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Take full ownership of the content production process, from research and planning to final delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation or a related creative role.
- Proficiency in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and content writing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and practical execution skills.
- Good understanding of digital platforms, visual storytelling, and current content trends.
- Familiarity with industry-standard creative tools and multimedia production workflows.
- Excellent communication, research, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to incorporate feedback and revisions.
- Intermediate education or higher; relevant experience and demonstrated skills will be prioritized over formal academic qualifications.
