Senior Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires hands-on experience in content creation, including video production and editing, to deliver compelling daily content across various platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to drive successful online campaigns and maintain a consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create, design, shoot, edit, and publish engaging daily content across all social media channels.
- Produce high-quality product videos for promotional campaigns, reels, and social media posts.
- Generate fresh and creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute online campaigns effectively.
- Optimize company social media pages, monitor SEO performance, and analyze campaign results to improve outcomes.
- Manage editorial and content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting of all materials.
- Leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for influencer collaborations.
- Take full ownership of the content creation process, from concept development through to final execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in social media content creation, including video shooting and editing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, brand storytelling, and digital marketing principles.
- Proven expertise in video production, photography, reels, and creative content development.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing software as well as social media management tools.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas tailored to products and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple content projects simultaneously.

Job Details:
Location: MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 200,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Work Environment: In-person role requiring presence at the office
