Senior Content Writer

Medcare MSO, a leading USA-based Healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with a team of over 1000 professionals, is seeking a results-oriented Senior Executive - Content Writer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B, healthcare, or technical writing who is passionate about creating authoritative, expert-led content. The successful candidate will develop high-quality materials that outperform AI-generated summaries, attract high-intent search traffic, and contribute directly to lead generation efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to produce valuable blog posts, white papers, case studies, and website copy focused on medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Expert-Led Content Creation: Write and edit impactful, long-form blog posts, comprehensive guides, and landing page copy centered on medical billing, denial management, healthcare regulations such as CMS updates and the No Surprises Act, and RCM technology.

E-E-A-T & Thought Leadership Integration: Elevate content beyond basic information by incorporating industry insights, proprietary data frameworks, and expert signals to meet Google’s 2026 search standards for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T).

SEO & Keyword Optimization: Partner with SEO specialists to target high-intent keywords, structure content using clean Markdown or HTML formatting, and optimize meta tags, titles, and headers for maximum search visibility.

Workflow Collaboration: Work closely with the content manager, design teams, and internal subject matter experts—including billing and RCM specialists—to gather real-world operational insights that enhance content accuracy and relevance.

Content Auditing & Refreshing: Regularly review and update legacy blog posts and institutional guides, such as those covering UB-04 forms and claim workflows, to maintain search rankings and mitigate traffic loss due to AI-generated overviews.

Editorial Quality Control: Ensure all content is precise, professional, free from generic AI-generated text, and consistently aligned with Medcare MSO’s brand voice and tone.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably within Healthcare, B2B SaaS, Finance, or Medical Billing/RCM industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a Life Sciences/Healthcare-related field.

SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of modern on-page SEO techniques, search intent mapping, and content structuring to rank competitively in search engine results pages (SERPs).

Research & Synthesis Skills: Ability to distill complex and technical medical or financial concepts—such as insurance clearinghouse rules or institutional billing codes—into clear, engaging B2B content.

Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, as well as content management systems such as WordPress.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a focus on readability, including the use of bullet points, clear hierarchy, and scannable content layout.
