Senior Copywriter - Onsite | US-Based Experience ( Marketing & Ad Scripts )

One Stop BPO is seeking a talented Senior Copywriter with extensive experience in marketing and advertising scripts, specifically for U.S.-based brands and international clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Range Road, Rawalpindi, and offers the chance to work on high-budget, multi-million-dollar campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming ideas into compelling hooks, engaging stories, and persuasive copy that drives measurable action. This position demands a performance-driven mindset and a strong understanding of direct-response marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-converting marketing and video ad scripts tailored for U.S.-based campaigns.
- Develop strong hooks, angles, storytelling elements, offers, and clear calls to action (CTAs).
- Create multiple script variations to support A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Produce copy for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid advertising channels.
- Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, products, and offers to inform messaging.
- Adapt messaging strategies to suit different audiences, industries, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative campaign concepts.
- Review campaign results and continuously refine messaging to improve effectiveness.
- Work on campaigns for international clients and global brands, maintaining high standards of quality and impact.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Copywriter or Senior Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing advertising scripts and marketing copy.
- Demonstrated U.S.-based advertising experience is required or highly preferred.
- Experience writing scripts for multi-million-dollar companies or high-budget marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent command of English writing and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of consumer psychology, persuasion techniques, hooks, and CTAs.
- Ability to craft clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.
- Strong research capabilities and creative thinking skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a professional team environment.
