Senior Counsellor

Preparation for Life Employment is seeking a motivated Senior Counselor to support individuals exploring vocational training and career opportunities in Germany, as well as professional employment options in Singapore. The ideal candidate will guide applicants through various career pathways, helping them understand eligibility criteria and application procedures while providing personalized advice to align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess applicants’ qualifications, experience, and career aspirations to recommend appropriate pathways.
- Clearly explain eligibility requirements and the application process for vocational training and employment opportunities.
- Manage inquiries from prospective applicants, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert suitable candidates into registrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant interactions and coordinate effectively with the processing team to ensure smooth application handling.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in international career or education counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to close and convert prospects effectively.
- Ability to assess and match candidates’ profiles with suitable vocational or employment pathways.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working with applicants targeting career opportunities in Germany and Singapore is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 70,000 to Rs 80,000.
- This is an in-person role, requiring presence at the designated work location.
