Senior CRM & AI Automation Manager

Bridgegold is seeking two experienced Senior CRM & AI Automation Managers to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from Pakistan. As a global residence and citizenship by investment company, we are building an integrated AI-driven commercial operating system that connects advertising, investor inquiries, qualification, CRM, messaging, voice agents, appointments, follow-ups, and commercial progression. These roles require hands-on professionals who have a minimum of five years’ experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting complex CRM and AI automation systems in live commercial environments. This is not a training role; candidates must be ready to deliver fully functional solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain advanced HubSpot CRM workflows, including Contacts, Deals, pipelines, custom properties, qualification logic, and API integrations.
- Build and manage Instagram Messenger and ManyChat automations with AI-based qualification and seamless human handoff.
- Oversee Twilio and WhatsApp Business integrations, messaging workflows, templates, webhooks, and delivery controls.
- Integrate Meta advertising campaigns with HubSpot, utilizing Conversions API for campaign attribution and CRM-to-Meta conversion feedback.
- Develop and maintain ElevenLabs AI voice agents, managing telephone routing, call transfers, transcripts, and CRM integration.
- Incorporate OpenAI APIs and conversational AI into business workflows to automate investor qualification, segmentation, appointment booking, notifications, follow-ups, and commercial progression.
- Write, debug, and maintain custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and server-side code.
- Identify and resolve production issues such as duplicate messages, missing leads, incorrect triggers, and broken integrations.
- Maintain production monitoring, automated alerts, testing procedures, technical documentation, and ensure safe deployment.
- Independently manage priorities, provide reliable completion estimates, and deliver fully functioning solutions on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the second Automation Manager to verify work and provide operational backup.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum five years of direct professional experience with advanced HubSpot CRM automation, workflows, API integrations, and reporting.
- Proven expertise in ManyChat and Instagram Messenger chatbot automation, qualification, and human handoff processes.
- Hands-on experience with Twilio and WhatsApp Business messaging APIs, automated workflows, templates, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Conversions API for campaign attribution, conversion tracking, and CRM integration.
- Practical experience with ElevenLabs AI voice agents, telephone connectivity, call routing, and CRM integration.
- Proficiency with OpenAI APIs for large language model-powered workflows, conversational AI, and business process automation.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js and/or Python, including REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and database integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure production reliability through debugging, event deduplication, retries, failure recovery, monitoring, and deployment controls.
- Excellent independent technical management skills, including task prioritization, incident resolution, deadline adherence, and managing live commercial systems.
- Superior spoken and written English communication skills.
- Applicants must provide narrated video demonstrations personally explaining systems they have built and operated, detailing architecture, integrations, workflows, technical challenges, and problem resolution. Generic portfolios or unverified claims will not be accepted.
