We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience in mobile gaming or consumer app environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights across player behavior, user acquisition, monetization, live-ops, and experimentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping product decisions and optimizing business performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Player Behaviour & Retention Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor player health, retention, engagement, and churn. Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to uncover behavioral patterns. Identify churn risks, engagement opportunities, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to product and live-ops teams.

Manage UA performance reporting across paid channels, tracking acquisition, conversion, and ROAS metrics. Build attribution dashboards and analyze campaign, channel, creative, and geographic performance to optimize marketing efforts. Deliver post-campaign insights, monitor paid versus organic trends, and highlight top-performing creatives.
Monetisation & Revenue Analytics:
Track and report revenue across in-app purchase (IAP) products, geographies, platforms, and player segments while monitoring key monetization KPIs. Develop lifetime value (LTV) models, analyze IAP offer performance, and identify high-value payer segments to enhance monetization strategies. Reconcile platform revenue, investigate discrepancies, and provide insights to support revenue decisions.
Live-Ops & Event Tracking:
Own live-ops event tracking, ensuring accurate instrumentation and real-time monitoring. Measure event impact on engagement, retention, and revenue through pre- and post-event analyses. Maintain event performance history and deliver timely reports with actionable recommendations.

Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across product features, monetization, and store surfaces. Ensure statistical rigor by defining success metrics, validating test integrity, and delivering data-driven recommendations. Maintain an experimentation backlog and log to prioritize and scale impactful learnings.
