Senior Data Entry Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our company systems, ensuring the integrity of information, and generating timely reports. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of data, and a strict commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Prepare spreadsheet reports and summaries based on collected information.
- Ensure timely processing of large volumes of data to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive and proprietary information.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar capacity.
- Strong focus on data accuracy and speed, with meticulous verification skills.
- Excellent typing speed and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location: Hub Chowki Nazar Chowrangi, Baluchistan, near Karachi side.
- Prior experience in data entry roles is preferred.
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
- Salary Range: Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
