Senior Digital Artist / Illustrator (Night Shift)

We are seeking a talented Digital Artist to create high-quality digital artwork, illustrations, and visual assets for a variety of creative and marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in character development, digital painting, and visual storytelling, with the ability to produce compelling visuals that engage and inspire. This role involves close collaboration with designers, animators, and other creative professionals to bring concepts to life from initial ideas through to final production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed digital paintings, illustrations, and visual assets that meet project requirements and maintain high standards of composition, color, lighting, and storytelling.
- Develop original and engaging characters, including concept designs, expressions, poses, and visual styles that align with project goals.
- Utilize AI image-generation tools to explore creative concepts, streamline workflows, and generate visual references that enhance the artistic process.
- Design animation storyboards and visual sequences that clearly communicate movement, scene transitions, and narrative flow.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers and animators to ensure cohesive and polished final artwork.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a Digital Artist, Illustrator, Concept Artist, or in a related creative role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with demonstrated skills in digital painting and illustration.
- Strong expertise in character creation, concept development, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Practical experience using AI image-generation tools and the ability to integrate these technologies into the creative workflow.
- Solid understanding of animation storyboarding principles, supported by a portfolio that showcases versatility, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
