Senior Digital Marketing Executive (B2B SaaS)

Livetecs, a leading provider of web-based Time and Expense tracking solutions with over 15 years of industry experience, is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s brand and lead-generation strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker who can also manage tactical marketing activities, including budget allocation, digital campaign management, and building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline aligned with measurable business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing growth strategies across various digital channels to drive business expansion.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Budget & Asset Management: Manage marketing budgets, software subscriptions, tools, and advertising expenditures to ensure optimal use within approved limits.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics such as Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), traffic-to-lead conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with pipeline volume and revenue targets.
- Brand Ownership: Maintain full responsibility for corporate marketing collateral, templates, and content frameworks to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role such as Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Lead, or Digital Marketing Strategist, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Strong expertise in SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, and inbound lead generation techniques.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and measure ROI accurately.
- Creative mindset with a solid understanding of corporate communications and product positioning.
