Senior Digital Media Marketer

Genx Integrated Systems, a USA-focused company specializing in software development, recruitment solutions, DevOps, legacy system management, graphic design, and project management, is seeking a Senior Digital Media Marketer for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and optimizing online performance. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior. Define campaign objectives and segment target audiences to maximize impact. Create compelling messaging and content that supports marketing goals. Manage and strengthen brand presence across various social media platforms by curating and producing engaging content such as blog posts, articles, social media captions, and website material. Monitor social media performance and respond promptly to audience interactions. Plan, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research, analyzing organic search performance, and refining website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve rankings. Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including PPC on Google Ads and social media platforms, by monitoring ad performance, adjusting budgets, refining targeting, and analyzing conversion rates and ROI.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Media Marketer is required, with 6 years preferred. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing techniques, including lead generation and marketing analytics, is necessary. Experience with web analytics and marketing software such as CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics platforms is expected. A foundational understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and market research methods is important. Candidates must possess solid computer skills, including MS Office and relevant marketing applications. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is critical. Organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset are also required. A passion for marketing and staying updated with industry trends is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is considered an advantage. Experience within the IT industry will be beneficial. Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing are highly desirable. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) applications in marketing is a plus. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs200,000. The work schedule is full-time and on-site, Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
