We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman to join our design team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural and technical drawings at various stages of project development. This role demands strong technical drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and project execution teams to ensure the delivery of precise and comprehensive drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Review drawings to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Update drawings to reflect design revisions, client feedback, and site requirements.
- Prepare and maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Review the work of junior draftsmen and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Support the preparation of construction and execution drawings.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional drafting experience, preferably within an architectural or engineering consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and technical detailing.
- Solid understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and drawing standards.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technically accurate working drawings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple drawing packages.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Revit or other relevant drafting software is an advantage.
- Previous experience reviewing or guiding junior draftsmen is considered a plus.
