Senior E-commerce Specialist

Prob N Tech, an AI automation and software company serving clients across the UK, US, Europe, and Pakistan, is seeking a Senior E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow online stores on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, and TikTok Shop. This full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad requires an independent professional who will oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations for both client projects and the company’s own ventures. Reporting directly to management, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance, and maintaining seamless daily operations without the support of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of end-to-end e-commerce operations with minimal supervision.
- Set up, manage, and optimize online stores across multiple platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, and TikTok Shop.
- Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies, manage email marketing, and optimize conversion rates to maximize sales.
- Oversee order processing, supplier coordination, fulfillment, customer service, and returns management.
- Monitor sales data, website traffic, and overall store performance, providing clear reports with actionable recommendations.
- Communicate directly with clients in the UK and US, managing updates, planning, and requirements effectively across time zones.
- Conduct competitor research, identify market trends, and explore new product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain organized processes to ensure smooth store operations without reliance on additional team members.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores independently.
- Demonstrated experience working with UK or US clients, including effective communication across different time zones.
- Proficiency in managing stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, TikTok Shop, and familiarity with other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to multitask and manage several stores simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of making informed decisions without supervision.
