Senior E.com Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Amazon & E-Commerce Specialist with solid, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, and overseeing store operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay. This role requires practical expertise in maintaining and enhancing online stores, ensuring compliance, and driving sales growth through data analysis and strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient store management.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including crafting compelling titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product variations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, account health, sales performance, and marketplace compliance.
- Independently update and manage Shopify stores, including editing website pages, layouts, product pages, and overall store content.
- Support e-commerce activities on Walmart and eBay platforms as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Work with Amazon affiliate marketing programs and assist with affiliate-related initiatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and ensure seamless day-to-day store operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central; theoretical knowledge alone will not suffice.
- Proven ability to manage Shopify stores and independently edit Shopify websites with above-average skills.
- Working knowledge of Amazon affiliate marketing programs.
- Experience with Walmart and eBay platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent spoken English with confidence in professional communication, including cold calling.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver measurable results.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The working hours are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, requiring the candidate to be comfortable with night shifts.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs70,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
