Senior Education Counsellor

Apex Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Education Counselor to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education consultancy and a passion for guiding students through the complexities of international university admissions and visa processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously, and a student-focused approach to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing education abroad, guiding them through university selection, application procedures, and visa requirements.
- Manage and track multiple student applications, ensuring all deadlines and documentation are met accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to facilitate smooth admissions processes.
- Negotiate with universities and other stakeholders to secure favorable admission terms and scholarships for students.
- Utilize CRM and student management systems to update records, monitor progress, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the team to meet organizational targets and contribute to continuous improvement of counseling services.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in overseas education consultancy.
- Strong understanding of international university admissions and visa procedures.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email platforms, and CRM/student management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Student-focused mindset with a target-oriented approach.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
- Salary Package: PKR 80,000 to 130,000 per month
