We are seeking a Senior Electrical Construction Engineer with at least 10 years of professional experience in electrical construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical works on site, ensuring that execution meets the highest quality standards and aligns with tender documents and project requirements. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing electrical installations and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and testing reports to maintain quality control.
- Ensure proper implementation of LV power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, lightning protection, ELV systems, fire alarms, containment, and MEP coordination.
- Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to subcontractors and site teams.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to electrical works for project records and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably involving large building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of LV power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, ELV systems, fire alarm systems, containment, and MEP coordination.
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and testing reports.
- Solid understanding of relevant standards and codes, including IEC, BS, NFPA, local authority regulations, and project specifications.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous involvement in high-rise buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, residential towers, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors on complex projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage site challenges and stakeholder expectations.
