As an Employee Relations Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Business and HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams. Your role will focus on fostering a fair, unbiased, and human-centered approach to resolving workplace concerns. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive employee experience by ensuring all complaints, conflicts, and legal matters are addressed with neutrality, thoroughness, and care. This includes managing the open-door process and conducting sensitive investigations. Reporting to the Senior HRBP Director, you will be the dependable resource employees and leaders turn to during critical moments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the investigation process end-to-end: Take full responsibility for assigned employee relations cases, managing each from initial intake through to resolution while ensuring timely and well-documented outcomes.

- Handle cases of varying complexity and sensitivity: Conduct comprehensive investigations into a broad spectrum of employee concerns, including human rights, workplace conduct, safety, and attendance, and provide sound, well-reasoned recommendations.

- Maintain meticulous records: Keep detailed and accurate logs of investigations, including notes and supporting documentation, updated consistently and promptly.

- Facilitate the open-door process: Act as an accessible and approachable point of contact for employees, rigorously and impartially investigating formal complaints and legal charges.

- Partner to build stronger ER capabilities: Collaborate closely with Legal and HR Business Partners to design and implement employee relations processes, programs, and tools that enhance organizational capabilities and proactively prevent issues.

- Drive resolution through mediation: Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution efforts to help involved parties find common ground and achieve fair outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Business Partner roles, including at least 3 years focused on employee relations and/or labor relations.

- Conflict management skills: Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive conversations, de-escalate tensions, and guide parties toward resolution.

- Employment law knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws in Pakistan and India is highly desirable.

- Communication: Strong communicator with empathy and credibility, capable of building trust across all organizational levels.
