The Senior Enablement Operations Manager will play a critical role in scaling Revenue Enablement by developing systems and operating models that connect enablement strategy, technology, content, learning operations, analytics, automation, and field adoption. This position requires leading strategic platform and process initiatives, transitioning from legacy workflows to next-generation processes, and translating complex cross-functional needs into clear operating models and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing stakeholder alignment, dependencies, and ensuring solutions effectively support end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Enablement Operations portfolio, managing intake, prioritization, initiative tiers, planning, risk assessment, dependencies, decision-making, and reporting.
- Lead or serve as the operational lead for strategic programs from initial framing through launch, adoption, measurement, and transition phases.
- Develop reusable playbooks for product launches, system rollouts, communications, training, hypercare, intervention, and feedback processes.
- Establish and maintain leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level updates that link activities to readiness, adoption, and business impact.
- Coordinate systems and data dependencies across enablement tools, communication platforms, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with program owners on adoption strategies, product enablement, scaled programs, AI automation, eLearning governance, competitive intelligence, and field feedback.
- Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual coordination, reporting, communication, activation, and support efforts.
- Create operating rhythms and decision rights to help cross-functional teams resolve tradeoffs and advance work efficiently.
- Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Education, Support, and field leadership to align requirements and manage projects.
- Influence stakeholders without formal authority, bring clarity to ambiguous situations, and communicate effectively with executives, technical partners, program owners, and end users.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading strategic programs, portfolio operations, enablement operations, revenue productivity systems, GTM technology, learning technology, content operations, or related enterprise operations functions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in designing operating models, governance frameworks, intake processes, service models, or lifecycle standards for systems, content, learning, or business processes.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS administration and integrations, including permissions, data flows, reporting, workflow automation, and user adoption.
- Ability to analyze data to identify operational challenges, define meaningful metrics, and communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly.
- Experience collaborating with vendors, procurement, security, legal, finance, and internal technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, technical partners, program owners, and end users.
- Demonstrated judgment, ownership, and adaptability in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
