Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced General Channel/Partner Sales Professional to join its Secure Power Division. This role centers on working closely with the pre-sales team to support Channel and Distribution Partners, driving business growth through strong commercial relationships. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the Partner Charter within the region, collaborating with partners and distributors to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth by managing partner and distributor orders in line with agreed targets.
- Act as the primary liaison and represent Schneider Electric’s interests within partner organizations.
- Develop and align partner strategies with the Secure Power Country Head, focusing on partner selection by category, geography, and customer segment.
- Collaborate with Front Office Sales to refine partner profiles and onboard new partners effectively.
- Manage commercial relationships and maintain accurate statements of accounts with all partners and distributors.
- Rationalize the partner base to address Go-To-Market gaps by identifying and selecting new partners.
- Define, update, and monitor business plans for each partner and distributor, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals to increase market share.
- Coordinate account-level plans covering go-to-market strategies, technology initiatives, and pipeline development.
- Work closely with regional channel teams on enablement plans and co-investment requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key commercial stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Lead enablement initiatives by collaborating with partner sales, tendering teams, product management, and system architects.
- Keep partner commercial teams informed about new offers, updates, and relevant changes.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and distributors, monitor performance, and escalate support needs when necessary.
- Support partner business development activities, including marketing and communication events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Sales Management, Partner Sales, Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing, or Channel Development, preferably within software or services companies.
- Strong knowledge of the data center and UPS market.
- Solid understanding of legal and contractual aspects related to commercial rights.
- Technologically savvy with familiarity in software solutions.
- Proficient in English with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong decision-making abilities across business and technology domains.
- Ability to build consensus and work effectively both independently and within teams.
- Deep understanding of partnerships and alliances and their value creation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Creative and resourceful, capable of innovative problem-solving.
- Independent thinker able to view ideas from unconventional perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
