The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, taxation coordination, and overall finance operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective team collaboration, and a dedication to providing accurate and timely financial information. The position also supports process improvements and ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, playing a key part in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed monthly management financial packs for both individual companies and the group, including comparative analysis, insights, and dashboard reporting. Manage daily financial operations such as payment processing, reconciliations, accrual bookings, and coordination of approvals. Generate weekly profitability reports that highlight key financial trends and variances to support informed decision-making. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligned with organizational objectives.

Handle intercompany reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and allocation of shared costs efficiently. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate with auditors during audit processes. Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established finance standards. Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to finance team members to improve their skills and performance.

Coordinate taxation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory filings related to authorities such as FBR, SRB, PRA, and ICT. Manage international payments and vendor coordination for platforms including Google and Meta. Monitor receivable and payable aging reports, proactively escalating any overdue risks to management. Support enhancements in ERP reporting, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and finance process automation initiatives.

Ensure timely completion of month-end close activities, including reconciliations, documentation, and submission of reports. Conduct investment analysis and market research to aid strategic financial decisions. Maintain and update agreement trackers (SC & DZ), ensuring financial alignment with contractual terms, adherence to timelines, completion of team checklists, and elimination of month-end bottlenecks. Perform additional finance-related assignments and ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts. Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, budgeting, and audit support is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with effective team management and coordination skills, are necessary. Experience in handling intercompany transactions and international payments is also important.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA (Part Qualified), CMA, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable. Practical experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools will be considered an advantage.
