A well-established multi-site restaurant business in Karachi is seeking a full-time Senior Executive to oversee both HR and Finance functions. This role is designed for a professional who can effectively manage human resource operations alongside financial activities, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The position requires hands-on involvement in recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and performance management. On the financial side, the role includes budgeting, accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash-flow analysis, audits, and maintaining financial controls. This is an on-site, evening shift role offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of PKR 65,000 to 85,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee attendance tracking.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Oversee performance management processes to support employee development and organizational goals.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handle accounting tasks such as reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and cash-flow analysis to support decision-making.
- Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR and finance functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in a combined HR and finance role or related positions.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, recruitment processes, and performance management.
- Proficiency in budgeting, accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze cash flow and support audit activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Willingness to work on-site during evening shifts.
