The Senior HR Executive at Liberty Books will oversee comprehensive human resource operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions. This role requires strong expertise in payroll management, recruitment, documentation, and HR systems, with a particular focus on FlowHCM. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit standards while actively supporting employee engagement and performance management processes. This is an on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management: Manage accurate processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits administration through FlowHCM, ensuring timely and error-free payroll cycles.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete all joining formalities to facilitate smooth onboarding.

HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, warnings, and disciplinary notices in line with company standards.

Audit & Compliance: Maintain detailed employee records and ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Performance Management: Assist in setting key performance indicators (KPIs), support performance review processes, and contribute to employee development initiatives.

Multi-Branch HR Operations: Coordinate HR activities across all Liberty Books branches to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR practices.

Employee Engagement: Participate in programs aimed at enhancing workplace culture and improving employee retention and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the retail or publishing sectors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in FlowHCM is mandatory for managing payroll, attendance, and overall HR operations.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong documentation and interpersonal abilities.

Work Location and Compensation

This role requires the candidate to work on-site at Liberty Books branches. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs 90,000 to Rs 100,000.
