The role serves as a strategic financial partner to Quality Operations, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through proactive management of operating expenses (OPEX) and optimizing the SAP Financial Management (FM) module for accurate budget alignment. This position plays a critical role in protecting plant profitability by performing detailed financial feasibility assessments of the product portfolio. Additionally, it leads the financial structuring of international tenders to maintain competitiveness and conducts project payback evaluations. Key responsibilities also include product costing, variance analysis, cost control, profitability analysis, cost improvement initiatives, and conducting time and motion studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage conversion costs using activity-based cost drivers.
- Analyze operational expenses and establish controls through cost-benefit analysis.
- Conduct time and motion studies and perform detailed product profitability analysis.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting for the plant, quality operations, and R&D departments.
- Carry out financial feasibility assessments, OPEX analysis and management, gross profit and cost-benefit analysis, international tender evaluations, project payback assessments, and material variance analysis.
- Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial closing activities within SAP, ensuring timely and accurate production plant closing.

Required Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, or CA.
- Between 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in a financial or cost control role.
- Basic proficiency in SAP ERP, including the ability to configure reports, manage fund centers, and interpret complex variance data.
- Strong skills in building dynamic financial feasibility models using Excel or Power BI, incorporating sensitivity analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, coordinating effectively with laboratory and production teams.
