The Senior Fashion Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position at the Warda Qutub Khan Couture studio in Islamabad. This role focuses on delivering personalized fashion consulting services, including styling recommendations, outfit selection, and accessory coordination for clients across bridal, formal, and luxury collections. The consultant will engage directly with clients to understand their preferences, advise on product options, and ensure a seamless, elevated customer experience from initial consultation through to final fitting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized client consultations to understand individual style preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert styling advice and recommend suitable garments and accessories from bridal, formal, and luxury collections.
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into final products.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including fabrics, cuts, trends, and couture detailing.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records of client preferences and orders.
- Support sales efforts by converting consultations into purchases and achieving sales targets.
- Handle client feedback professionally and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in curating the studio’s visual presentation to enhance the overall client experience.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end fashion, couture, or luxury retail, preferably in a senior consulting or styling role.
- Strong expertise in fashion consulting and product knowledge, with a deep understanding of fabrics, cuts, trends, and couture details.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage clients effectively and deliver a premium experience.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet targets and manage client follow-ups.
- Competence in client relationship management, appointment coordination, and maintaining detailed client records.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a strong sense of style and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills relevant to the local clientele are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business and fashion or equivalent experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
