Senior Fiber Optic | Splicer & Tester |

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fiber Optic Splicer & Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in fiber optic splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and network installation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working independently as well as supervising junior technicians, ensuring high-quality standards and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fiber optic fusion splicing and termination with precision.
- Conduct testing using OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Light Source, and other fiber testing equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot fiber optic faults, signal loss, and connectivity issues effectively.
- Read and interpret fiber optic network diagrams and cable routes accurately.
- Execute OTDR testing, power-loss testing, and link certification to verify network integrity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate test reports and splicing records.
- Supervise and guide junior fiber optic technicians and splicers to ensure quality work.
- Ensure all tasks comply with required quality and safety standards.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, repair, and restoration of fiber optic networks.
- Work efficiently on-site to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer and Tester, with 3 to 5+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FTTH, FTTx, ODN, and fiber optic network architectures.
- Hands-on experience operating fusion splicing machines and OTDR equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve fiber-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Good understanding of fiber optic testing procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Capability to work independently and supervise a team of technicians.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in fiber optics or related fields is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Employment type is full-time with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000.
