Senior Flutter Developer (Mobile Application)

We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrating various backend services. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, a focus on optimizing app performance, and managing the entire app lifecycle from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Build and deploy applications for Android and iOS platforms, delivering seamless user experiences aligned with UI/UX designs. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems to enhance app functionality. Effectively manage application state using state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and maintain app stability. Implement secure features including authentication, payment gateways, and push notifications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure project alignment and quality standards. Oversee app releases, deployment, and publishing processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented codebases. Mentor junior developers and actively participate in technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languages. Hands-on experience with both Android and iOS application development. Deep understanding of state management techniques such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX. Experience working with REST APIs, JSON data formats, and integrating third-party APIs. Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications. Knowledge of local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or Isar. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging techniques. Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Knowledge of clean architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable coding practices.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, in-person role with working days from Monday to Friday. Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
