Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer

SimpSocial, a forward-thinking automotive technology company, is looking for a Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer to join its fully remote engineering team on a full-time basis. The company specializes in an AI-powered CRM and communication platform designed specifically for automotive dealerships. This platform helps sales teams and managers efficiently manage leads, communicate with customers, schedule appointments, and streamline daily workflows via mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to convert a complex SaaS/CRM system into a seamless, high-performance mobile experience tailored to the practical needs of dealership employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android devices.
- Architect clean, scalable, and reusable Flutter code, ensuring consistent functionality across platforms.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, product, AI, and operations teams to implement features such as CRM lead management, SMS/email communication, inbound/outbound calling, AI-assisted workflows, appointment scheduling, notifications, and real-time alerts.
- Focus on optimizing mobile workflows rather than simply replicating desktop interfaces.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend systems through RESTful APIs, JSON services, secure authentication, real-time data technologies like WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
- Implement communication features including VoIP, telephony, click-to-call, SMS, email, call history, audio routing, and background calling; experience with platforms like Twilio is a strong plus.
- Manage push notifications and deep linking using Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service to ensure users are directed to relevant app screens.
- Enhance mobile UI/UX by improving speed, responsiveness, touch-friendliness, visual consistency, and intuitive navigation across various devices.
- Support the web development team in optimizing the mobile browser experience of the SimpSocial platform, focusing on responsive layouts and mobile navigation.
- Ensure app performance and reliability by optimizing startup time, memory usage, battery consumption, network efficiency, offline behavior, and production monitoring.
- Handle the full mobile release lifecycle, including app store submissions, certificate management, version control, and compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of professional mobile development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience building and publishing production mobile applications on Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
- Deep understanding of Flutter architecture and state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, secure authentication, and Git/GitHub workflows.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization abilities.
- Ability to maintain production mobile applications and provide a consistent user experience across platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
