Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer

SimpSocial, a forward-thinking automotive technology company, is looking for a Senior Flutter Mobile App Developer to join its remote engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take full ownership of the mobile application experience for a sophisticated AI-powered CRM and lead-management platform tailored specifically for automotive dealerships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining production mobile applications, focusing on delivering seamless, user-centric solutions that improve how dealership employees communicate, manage leads, and handle daily tasks via their mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile application using Flutter and Dart, ensuring a high-quality user experience aligned with dealership workflows.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs, facilitating smooth data flow and optimal app performance.
- Implement and troubleshoot key communication features such as calling, messaging, push notifications, and deep linking within the app.
- Optimize the mobile UI/UX to provide a responsive, intuitive, and reliable experience on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Manage app releases and updates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with all platform requirements.
- Continuously monitor and enhance app performance, reliability, and responsiveness from the end-user perspective.
- Identify and resolve platform-specific issues to maintain consistent behavior across devices and operating systems.
- Proactively investigate and address workflow challenges, including slow API responses or incorrect notification routing.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with Flutter and Dart development in a production environment.
- Proven track record of contributing to published mobile applications on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Firebase services.
- Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, and real-time communication technologies such as SMS, VoIP, or telephony.
- Hands-on experience managing app releases on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and state-management architectures within Flutter.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues across Android and iOS devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset focused on enhancing the mobile user experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
