Senior Framer Developer

Devowise is seeking a talented Senior Framer Developer to join our team on a full-time or contract basis. This remote role involves creating modern, high-performing websites that feature exceptional design, smooth interactions, and responsive layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with technical expertise, capable of transforming Figma designs and creative concepts into polished, production-ready websites that deliver an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Framer.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive web experiences.
- Build custom animations, interactions, components, and reusable design systems.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Implement CMS collections, forms, integrations, and custom code as needed.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain consistency across various devices and browsers.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial design through to launch.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web development with a strong focus on Framer.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality Framer websites and live projects.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and web performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom code integrations.
- Experience working with Framer CMS, animations, components, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Webflow or other no-code platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, web analytics, conversion optimization, and website accessibility standards.
- Background in building websites for SaaS companies, startups, or creative agencies is advantageous.
