The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and high-quality user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. This full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad requires close collaboration with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and project managers to transform business requirements into intuitive front-end solutions. The role demands a focus on implementing efficient, accessible, and reusable components, optimizing application performance, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement reusable, accessible, and efficient front-end components.
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Define and enforce front-end best practices and coding standards.
- Participate actively in sprint planning and agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues promptly.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of front-end components with back-end services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead front-end development role is highly advantageous.
