The MembersFirst division focuses on delivering advanced technology solutions to member-based organizations, including website design, development, content management, email marketing, social networking, mobile marketing, and club management tools. We are currently looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Karachi office as part of the resource-center team supporting the division’s R&D department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert detailed custom design mockups from Sketch and Figma into clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code that aligns with project requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and front-end best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the development team.
- Communicate project status updates and technical considerations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and modern front-end development best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new CMS technologies, including Marketing Resource Management (MRM) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience using JIRA for bug tracking, issue resolution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
- Work shift: 4 PM to 1 AM PKT.
