We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in Angular to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and responsive web applications. This role involves close collaboration with backend developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions. A strong understanding of frontend technologies, performance optimization, and UI development best practices within an Agile environment is essential. This position is based in DHA Phase II Extension, Karachi, and requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular. Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces tailored for enterprise applications. Work collaboratively with backend developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services efficiently. Develop reusable UI components while maintaining coding standards across projects. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet enterprise requirements. Participate actively in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of professional experience in frontend development is required. Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is essential. Proven experience in building Single Page Applications (SPA) is necessary. Solid understanding of RxJS and reactive programming concepts is expected. Experience with Angular Material or similar UI frameworks is preferred. Skilled in integrating REST APIs and managing authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth. Knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI design principles is important. Familiarity with application performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, is required. Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows is essential. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development practices is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
Experience in developing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, Service Management, Monitoring, or Workflow systems will be an advantage. Knowledge of state management solutions like NgRx or Signals is desirable. Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and frontend security best practices is beneficial. Experience working with dashboards, reporting modules, and data visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment processes is preferred.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience is required.
