Senior Frontend Developer

The Senior Frontend Developer position is a full-time, on-site role located in Hāsilpur. This role focuses on designing and implementing intuitive, responsive user interfaces by translating product requirements and UX designs into maintainable, high-quality frontend code. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and refine features, optimize performance, and maintain consistent visual standards throughout the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Translate UX designs and product requirements into clean, modular, and maintainable frontend code.
- Collaborate effectively with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
- Review code contributions from peers and provide mentorship to junior developers to promote best practices and high-quality standards.
- Improve frontend architecture by identifying opportunities for scalability, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues promptly to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Write automated tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Participate actively in planning, review meetings, and technical discussions to contribute to product and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in frontend development and responsive web design, with proven experience building accessible and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, along with relevant development tooling.
- Solid understanding of backend web development concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams on API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain scalable, modular frontend architectures and write clean, testable code.
- Experience using version control systems like Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to an on-site team environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
