Senior Full-Stack Developer – Night Shift (US Working Hours)

Mashkraft, a dynamic software development company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join their team. The company specializes in delivering innovative, scalable digital solutions, including modern web applications and AI-enabled products. This full-time, on-site role requires working the night shift from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The successful candidate will play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance web applications using a diverse technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications utilizing Node.js and React.js.
- Build secure and efficient backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services.
- Create responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Perform database design, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to technical decisions and architectural improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Practical experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Solid understanding of databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience in database architecture, schema design, query optimization, and data management.
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails and its development ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of development tasks.
- Availability to work on-site during the night shift (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
