We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Gothenburg, Sweden, to join our team in a hybrid work model. This hands-on role involves full ownership of technical delivery, combining AWS cloud-native development with architectural collaboration and leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Product Managers, Designers, and Business Analysts to enhance and scale partner-enabled services, APIs, and developer platforms. The position requires an experienced engineer capable of driving development through the entire lifecycle, creating scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across both front-end and back-end applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical efforts alongside Project Managers and Solution Architects, taking ownership of development tasks, conducting code reviews, and guiding the team toward continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve partner solutions, reusable components, APIs, and full-stack applications using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, design, business analysis, UI/UX, and development teams to define technical solutions and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Support architectural activities by advocating scalable and maintainable designs, evaluating new technologies, and contributing to the technical roadmap.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, automated testing strategies, performance optimization, and quality controls to deliver reliable software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, reusable patterns, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives such as onboarding and workshops.
- Explore and apply innovative engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and software quality.
- Drive the evolution of partner service enablers and APIs, ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability across applications.

Required Qualifications
- Strong professional experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, particularly serverless architectures and cloud-native services.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.js development.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs or similar service interfaces.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably AWS CDK.
- Solid understanding of scalable application architecture, reusable components, integration patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and software quality best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to take technical ownership and collaborate effectively with architects, project leads, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recommended minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, including several years of hands-on full-stack work in complex production environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the automotive industry or automotive-related digital/service environments.
- Additional hands-on experience with AWS CDK if prior IaC experience was gained using other tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development, generative AI tools, or other modern innovation practices that enhance engineering productivity.
- Contributions to architectural design, technology evaluation, and technical roadmaps.
- Experience creating reusable developer-platform components, SDKs, or service frameworks.
- Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops, onboard engineers, mentor team members, and share development standards.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate technical concepts and innovative ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Location & Work Model
The primary workplace is Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role follows a hybrid work model, balancing office presence with remote work flexibility. Candidates must hold a valid work permit for Sweden if they are not EU citizens.
