Senior Full Stack Developer

Star Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience in full-stack web development. This role requires strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, database management, and API integration. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing scalable web applications, enhancing existing systems, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to the success of various software projects. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs150,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Build user-friendly front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop back-end applications and services with technologies like Node.js, Laravel (PHP), .NET, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Manage both relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Utilize Git and version control systems for effective code management.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Adhere to software development best practices and maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to technical discussions when needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes.
- Proficiency with at least one modern front-end framework such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with at least one back-end technology including Node.js, Laravel, .NET, Python, or Java Spring Boot.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, database management, and software architecture principles.
- Experience working with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and application deployment workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a development team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of web application security and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience developing scalable applications and integrating third-party services.
