Senior Full Stack Developer

This role is part of Auto-IT, which develops dealer management systems for automotive, agricultural, and equipment dealerships across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, focusing on the Enable web platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end features in Enable, including Blazor Server components, backend services, and database queries.
- Implement business logic in backend services, ensuring domain rules are separate from presentation layers and independently testable.
- Design and build RESTful web services consumed by Enable, mobile products, customers, and OEMs.
- Manage identity and access control, including authentication, authorization flows, token handling, and multi-tenant role and permission models.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases, ensuring performance under production data volumes.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to automated testing, and support deployment processes.
- Collaborate closely with product and support teams to translate dealership operational challenges into effective software solutions and monitor post-release performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET in building web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Blazor Server or a similar component-based framework, with a clear understanding of server-held circuit state implications on latency, reconnection, and scalability.
- Proven backend service design skills, including implementing business logic and designing web APIs.
- Practical knowledge of modern identity and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Proficient in SQL for relational databases, capable of writing and tuning queries beyond ORM usage.
- Familiarity with version control systems and code review practices as integral parts of development.
- Strong communication skills in English, suitable for distributed team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, or SAP SQL Anywhere.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and multi-tenant SaaS application architectures.
- Exposure to Azure App Service, Container Apps, or building internal developer/deployment tools.
- Experience working with legacy codebases during platform transitions.
- Background in automotive, agricultural, or equipment dealership software domains.
- Work schedule: 9 PM to 6 AM PKT.
